Information you share

Balance Studio receives the information you provide when you inquire, book a class, purchase a package, create a member account, or join Stay Connected. This can include your name, email, phone number, booking details and message. We use these details to respond to you, manage your bookings and purchases, and send the updates you request. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in inquiry messages.

Where information goes

Our website uses Wix for forms, customer contacts, bookings, memberships and checkout. Inquiry submissions are stored in our Wix dashboard and delivered to hello@balancestudio.ca. Stay Connected signups are stored in Wix Forms and Contacts with your subscription preference. Payments are processed through the payment services offered at checkout.

Let’s Chat opens WhatsApp; messages you send there go to Balance Studio at +1 647 562 9727. WhatsApp, Instagram and other external services have their own privacy policies. Wix and connected services may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website. Your browser settings can control cookies, although some features may be affected.

Your choices and contact

For questions about your information, to request access or corrections, or to ask about deletion or withdrawing subscription consent, contact hello@balancestudio.ca or call +1 647 562 9727. You can unsubscribe from studio marketing emails using the unsubscribe link when provided or by contacting us. Booking and purchase communications are separate from marketing updates.

Parents and guardians should handle inquiries and bookings for children. Please contact us directly before sharing a child’s sensitive information.
